Miss Melba's Olde Timey Fruitcake is made with only the finest of ingredients: mouth-watering cherries, sweet pineapple, plump golden raisins, fresh coconut and only the choicest Southern pecans. All are hand-mixed and baked to produce a unique, rich and truly delicious fruitcake. Available in 1, 2 and 3 lb. sizes, my fruitcakes make excellent gifts for family, friends and corporate hospitality.

Miss Melba is back in the bakery!

It's been 21 years since I've been baking fruitcakes but I retired on August 3, 2025 after working as a nurse for a little over 17 years! While I have to say there is no career path more rewarding, my heart is calling me back to my passion! Some say making millions is the path to a successful life but I say living a life with meaning and purpose is the path to success for me. With my childrearing behind me and the supportive husband I married in 2018, I am ready to take on the challenge of not only baking for the fruitcake lover, but the fruitcake skeptic!

My daughter in law told me I was a Pioneer in E-commerce! I'm deeply flattered but you can count on no changes to my original recipe that was made in the same tradition as my own grandmother born in 1898 because for me, this fruitcake represents love and love needs to be shared with everyone!
